
Jen Mutia Eusebio is a Filipino American writer and scholar. She holds a PhD in Creative Writing from the University of the Philippines Diliman where her research has focused on the intersection of writing craft and cultural memory. She studied at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor as an undergraduate and later on earned her MFA in Creative Writing from Emerson College in Boston.
Jen is an alumna of the Bread Loaf Writers’ Conference and received first place in the Amelia Lapeña-Bonifacio Literary Contest 2019 for her short story, “Remains.” She was also nominated for Best of the Net in 2022 for her lyric essay, “Cicada.” Her recent work can be found in The Shanghai Literary Review, The Margins, Sundog Lit, Kritika Kultura, parts : whole anthology, and Likhaan: The Journal of Contemporary Philippine Literature.
Jen has lived in Argentina, Japan, and the Philippines and currently resides in the Washington DC area.
